Delivery Date / Service Date

In Cakedesk, you can specify a delivery date for invoices. It can be labeled either as a delivery date or a service date.

Additionally, you can link the delivery/service date to the invoice date ("delivery date equals invoice date"). The delivery date will then automatically be set to the invoice date.

#Enable Delivery Dates

To have a delivery date on your invoices, it must be enabled in the settings. Go to Settings > Invoices and make sure the box is checked for "Invoices have delivery / service date":

This setting is enabled by default.

#Add Delivery Date

Once the delivery date is enabled, you can set it next to the invoice date when creating or editing an invoice:

The delivery date will then appear in the invoice PDF:
